Disha Sasan (She/Her) | Psychologist

Disha is a registered psychologist with a passion for supporting both neurodivergent and neurotypical children under 12 who may be experiencing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. She uses a holistic, evidence-based approach, working closely with families and schools to provide tailored support. Disha also runs social and emotional learning groups for children aged 6–11, using play-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

In addition to her work with children, Disha supports adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns and conducts cognitive and educational assessments. She provides empathetic, client-centred care that is tailored to each individual’s needs.

Disha works with children and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, school- and work-related stress, school and peer difficulties, emotional regulation and behavioural challenges, relationship issues, life transitions, and general mental health and wellbeing.
