Brayden McLeod (Him/He) | Psychologist
Brayden is a registered psychologist with experience supporting clients in private clinics, schools, and forensic settings. He provides evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adolescents and adults experiencing mental health concerns, using an empathic and supportive approach. Brayden works collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs, drawing on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
He works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and stress, supporting them to build resilience and achieve meaningful change.
