Hugh Kirk (Him/He) | Psychologist
Hugh is a registered psychologist who blends clinical expertise with experience across military, emergency services, clinical, and organisational settings. He works at the intersection of mental health and performance; helping people manage challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, and burnout while building the skills needed to perform at their best.
Drawing on more than a decade in the Australian Army, Hugh understands the demands of complex, high-pressure environments. He has delivered evidence-based interventions for a wide range of mental health concerns to develop resilience, clarity, and sustainable habits.
Hugh takes a calm, practical, and person-centred approach, supporting clients to strengthen emotional wellbeing, enhance focus and confidence, and navigate personal and professional change.
He holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), is registered with AHPRA, is an approved supervisor, and is completing postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology. His work has spanned clinical support, performance coaching, leadership development, and organisational consulting.
When working one on one with a client, Hugh’s goal is to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes that enhance both wellbeing and performance.
