Natalia Urso (She/Her) | Provisional Psychologist
Natalia is a provisional psychologist in her final year of a Master of Clinical Psychology. She takes a warm, person-centred approach, tailoring support to each person’s unique context and lived experience. Natalia has experience across a variety of settings, including primary schools, public health, private practice, and community organisations, supporting individuals across the lifespan.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with additional elements drawn from Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), providing flexible, collaborative interventions. Natalia also has experience in cognitive assessments, combining evidence-based practice with empathy to create a safe environment where clients feel supported in working toward their goals and meaningful change.
Natalia works with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting concerns such as emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, panic symptoms, grief and loss, school or peer-related difficulties, sleep issues, behavioural challenges, parenting and family support, general mental health and wellbeing, and cognitive assessment.
