Nicole Sloan (She/Her) | Principal Psychologist
Nicole is a clinical psychologist who completed her Doctor of Psychology at Deakin University. She is also a qualified psychiatric nurse with over ten years of experience in forensic psychiatry, where she supported adults with serious mental illness and complex needs. Drawing on this background, Nicole brings a deep understanding of the intersection between mental and physical health to her work.
Her primary focus lies in the trauma space, and she is passionate about helping individuals manage the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, and low-prevalence conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar affective disorder. Nicole has completed advanced training in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and is dedicated to providing compassionate, tailored care that supports each person’s unique needs.
