As an ex-registered nurse, Isabelle has many years of experience working with people in health and multi-disciplinary settings. She combines empathy, evidence-based practices, and a holistic approach to help clients manage their pain and enhance their overall well-being. Specialising in cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness techniques, Isabelle is dedicated to empowering patients to regain control over their lives and achieve optimal health outcomes.
