Elle Vilic(She/Her) | Social Worker

Elle holds dual qualifications as a Social Worker and Counsellor and is passionate about providing a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to explore their concerns. She has experience across a range of settings, including Child Protection, hospitals, education, family violence services, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), couples counselling, and private practice. Elle has also volunteered in palliative care and values the privilege of supporting people in this space.

Elle works collaboratively with adolescents and adults to help them reconnect with their inner strengths, courage, and resources, enabling meaningful and lasting change. She recognises that everyone’s life circumstances are unique and tailors her approach to support clients in overcoming challenges that may feel overwhelming but are achievable with the right guidance.

She uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches and is trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Elle works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship and family challenges, couples counselling, sexual assault, family violence, LGBTQIA+ issues, cultural or ethnicity-related concerns, and general mental health and wellbeing.
