Katherine Ritchens (She/Her) | Clinical Psychologist
Katherine is a registered Clinical Psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with over 12 years of experience across public and private health settings. She has a warm and compassionate approach and is committed to providing person-centred care tailored to each client’s needs.
Katherine works with adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety (generalized anxiety, phobias), depression, OCD, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, and co-morbid physical and psychological health conditions. She uses evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful change and wellbeing.
