Samantha Taffe (She/Her) | Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

Samantha is an experienced therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work and Suicidology, bringing over a decade of experience across mental health, education, justice, and community sectors. She takes a warm, grounded, and relational approach to therapy, supporting clients to build safety, process past pain, and develop new ways of relating to themselves.

Samantha is a Level 3 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, with additional training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is particularly passionate about working with adolescents (15+) and adults navigating suicidality, self-harm, eating disorders, trauma, dissociation, and complex presentations including Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).

Samantha provides a safe and supportive space where clients can explore and connect with their experiences. She offers both face-to-face and telehealth appointments and works with clients experiencing PTSD, dissociation, eating disorders (restriction, bingeing, purging), acute stress, situational crises, suicidal ideation, and non-suicidal self-injurious behaviours.
